DIY360 Virtual Tour Solutions Order Terms & Conditions

By submitting a service request for a DIY360 Virtual Tour, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


The STUDIO (Point of View Concepts – POVC360) agrees to produce virtual tours to the best of their abilities in accordance with the services and options selected. Every effort will be made to assure CLIENT satisfaction according to industry and intracompany standards.

For each Virtual Tour Request submitted by CLIENT, STUDIO will deliver a Standard Virtual Tour (defined in Section “EACH STANDARD VIRTUAL TOUR WILL INCLUDE” below.

Any optional or custom services requested by the CLIENT will be detailed in a separate production agreement.

CLIENT agrees to submit their specialized 360 Panorama photography files to the STUDIO as directed through the DIY360 Training or by STUDIO’s direction. All virtual tours will include the following services, features and functionality as listed. Any additional or optional services must be pre-authorized by the STUDIO.

Maximum Panoramas for Virtual Tour:
Contact us for specific details. Based on type of Virtual Tour you choose, a maximum number of panoramas/views per unit are included in the final tour navigation. More than the maximum number of images may be submitted to us without additional cost, but no more than the maximum final panoramas can be used to create the tour without additional cost. STUDIO will confirm with CLIENT before going beyond the maximum number of panorama images required to create the Virtual Tour. Images (either requested or necessary) in excess of these limits will be billed additionally at $20 per image/panorama. STUDIO does their best to use the minimal number of panoramas while still providing a user-friendly Virtual Tour experience.

Tour Features and Design

Not all options may be available for every tour type. 

For CORE Virtual Tours, Included features:

  • Design and Interface
  • Mobile-responsive Tour interface to work on all computers, tablets and mobile devices
  • CLIENT logo added
  • Dynamic titles for each panorama/location view
  • Clean navigation and interface icons
  • Contact information of Agent, Broker and/or CLIENT company contact information, business address
  • 360° Panorama Views Gallery
  • Google Map screen with location as directed by CLIENT
  • Hosting: Tour Hosting for 12 months from order
  • Facebook Panorama Image: One 360° Panorama from your Virtual Tour specifically formatted for Facebook marketing
  • Support: US-Based, Tech support for equipment setup, files, training, and troubleshooting
  • Training: Online, self-paced Training program with Live US support, as needed. Optional on-site training may be available.

Professional Photo Editing and Enhancement to Include:

  • Professional color and exposure correction
  • Professional  sharpening and detail enhancement
  • Bottom “Cap” of CLIENT company logo (if desired) to cover camera support
  • Manual censoring of license plate and/or other personally identifying information, as needed

For SIGNATURE Virtual Tours, All of the Features above PLUS…

  • Live Guided Showing Feature
  • Additional Panoramas / Views for Inside of Unit coverage 
  • Entrance Screen with Featured Unit Image
  • Premium Tour Design and Interface
  • Unit Information screen with description and links to CLIENT email or sales page
  • Separate Contact screen with link to Agent, Broker or CLIENT company contact information
  • Overlay of CLIENT’s logo on TV screens (when possible)
  • Professional removal of camera reflections as needed


Virtual Tour turnaround time is typically 72 hours if you place an order Monday – Thursday. Allow additional time if you submit Friday – Sunday, afterhours or during holidays. Delivery timeframe starts from the date all CLIENT information; files and any payment have been received, and then is based on STUDIO’s available production schedule.

When a Virtual Tour is completed, CLIENT will receive an email containing an online link to their completed Virtual Tour.  


Copyrights. CLIENT owns copyrights to their submitted photos and agrees to license the photos to the STUDIO for the creation of the Virtual Tour. Furthermore, CLIENT acknowledges that STUDIO owns copyrights to the published Virtual Tour but not the photographs.

Virtual Tour Hosting. After 12 months CLIENT can continue to host with STUDIO at a nominal charge per year, ask STUDIO to remove the files from our server, or CLIENT can opt to self-host the files on their own server. In the case of Self-hosting, the STUDIO agrees to license hosted Virtual Tour files to CLIENT in perpetuity.

Payments. Payment for Virtual Tour orders must be paid in full at time of ordering, or Fleet/Volume clients must be setup on pre-approved invoicing before any services are rendered. Your account and payments must be current to submit a Virtual Tour Request for processing.

Refunds. If CLIENT cancels an order and no work has begun on the project, the STUDIO will issue a credit to CLIENT for a use on a future Virtual Tour. If work has begun, a credit will be prorated to your account accordingly in consideration with the amount of work already completed. No refunds or credits will be given in the event that a listing sells between the time the order is placed and the time CLIENT’s Virtual Tour is delivered. 


STUDIO will retain necessary CLIENT files for 12 months after original order submission. STUDIO will take reasonable steps to prevent data loss during that time but is not liable for loss of data due to technical failure. After this period has expired, STUDIO has no duty to retain files.

If STUDIO is unable to perform the services in this agreement due to any cause outside its control, such as fire, flood, casualty, act of God or terrorism, illness, or any other reasonable cause outside the STUDIO’s control or expectation, CLIENT agrees to indemnify STUDIO for any loss damage or liability; however, STUDIO will return in full the payment made by CLIENT in relation to the specifically impacted Virtual Tour project.

CLIENT agrees to hold STUDIO harmless for all content, uses, uploads, and showings of virtual tour after completion.


In the event that STUDIO must pursue legal action in order to collect on balances due, CLIENT agrees to reimburse STUDIO for all expenses incurred to recover any and all sums due, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees, losses, and other expenses, and to be settled in a court or arbitration in the state of Florida, in Highlands County.
